    Academic records, prior assessments, and relevant documentation are reviewed to support appropriate placement.

  4. Program Recommendation
    Based on the student’s profile, we recommend the best academic pathway, such as the Homeschool Learning Lab, microschool enrollment, ELA/Writing support, French enrichment, or private tutoring.

  5. Enrollment & Onboarding
    Accepted families receive enrollment details, orientation information, and next steps.

Admissions Overview

The French American Academy of South Florida welcomes families seeking a flexible, bilingual, and personalized learning environment for K–8 students.

For Fall 2026, our featured option is the Homeschool Learning Lab, a small-group academic support program for elementary and middle school students. The Learning Lab is designed for homeschool and hybrid families who want structure, teacher guidance, peer interaction, and personalized academic support during the school week.

We also offer microschool enrollment, ELA and writing support, French enrichment, tutoring, and project-based learning options. Our admissions process helps families choose the pathway that best fits each child’s academic level, learning needs, and family schedule.

Who We Serve

We welcome students who:

  • Are entering Kindergarten through 8th grade

  • Come from bilingual, multilingual, or monolingual backgrounds

  • Are beginning French learners or already fluent

  • Benefit from small-group instruction and personalized academic support

  • Seek flexible educational pathways outside of traditional school models

Students may enroll in:

  • Bilingual or English-focused academic programs

  • In-person, hybrid, or online learning formats

  • Full academic programs or selected subject offerings

Scholarships & Enrollment Options

The French American Academy of South Florida accepts Step Up for Students scholarships for eligible programs, in accordance with state requirements.

Homeschool Learning Lab

Our Homeschool Learning Lab provides small-group academic support for elementary and middle school students in English Language Arts, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, French enrichment, study skills, projects, and guided independent work.

This program is ideal for families who want more than tutoring, but do not need a full-time microschool program.

Available options:

  • 2 days per week

  • 3 days per week

  • Elementary and middle school groups

  • Small-group instruction

  • Monthly enrollment

  • Step Up accepted when applicable

Location in the Boca Raton / South Florida area will be confirmed based on enrollment.
