About the French American Academy of South Florida

Who We Are

The French American Academy of South Florida is a bilingual learning hub serving students from Kindergarten through 8th grade. We offer flexible academic programs, enrichment options, and personalized learning support for families seeking an alternative to traditional school models.

Our featured program for Fall 2026 is the Homeschool Learning Lab, a small-group academic support program for homeschool and hybrid students. The Learning Lab provides structure, teacher guidance, peer interaction, and personalized support in English Language Arts, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, French enrichment, projects, study skills, and guided independent work.

Our approach is rooted in strong literacy, thoughtful instruction, concept-based math, hands-on science, and meaningful bilingual learning. We help students build confidence, curiosity, critical thinking, and strong academic foundations in both French and English.

How Our Learning Hub Works

As a learning hub, we offer flexible academic and enrichment programs designed to meet the needs of homeschool, hybrid, and bilingual families.

Students may participate through:

• Homeschool Learning Lab small-group academic support

• Micro-school style enrollment options

• French enrichment and bilingual learning

• ELA, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary support

• Project-based learning and academic workshops

• Private tutoring or selected subject support

Families may choose the pathway that best fits their child’s academic level, learning needs, and schedule.

All learning experiences are built around personalized learning plans that respect each student’s pace, strengths, and goals while maintaining strong academic expectations.
